Upon This Rock
"Upon this rock,
I will build,
My church,
And the gates,
Of hell,
Shall not prevail,
Against it."
In my church,
All is well,

We cast out,
The devil's spells.
In my church,
There is peace.
In my church,
We get the meat,
Which is the Word.
Of God, which is
A lamp unto,
My feet,
And a light ,
Unto my path.
In my church,
You can feel free
To dance, sing,
Shout, run,
Because the Creator,
Paved the way
For pure praise,
Indeed when He,
Sent His son to die,
For us on Calvary,
That day.
Upon this rock,
God's church
All is well,
In sin we have
All fell
But in Him
We have the
Opportunity
To dwell.
If you came,
To my church,
To look good,
Then you should,
Have stayed home,
Unless you're walking,
Down the runway,
To give the Lord,
Some due praise.
If you came,
To my church,
To laugh,
Then you should,
Have stayed home,
Unless you're,
Laughing at Satan,
On how he used,
To have you bound,
And doing the wrong,
Thing on the other,
Side of town.
If you came,
To my church,
To text,
Then you should
Have stayed home,
Unless you're
Making a record
Of the text
On your cell phone.
If you came,
To my church,
Because someone,
Drug you along
Then you should
Have stayed home,
Unless you're
Really want to
Get to know ,
The man.
The man is alright,
And the one who
Drug you along
Did right too
So now it's up
To you to make
That one step
And He'll take two.
