Up-and-at-'em

    Up-and-at-‘em
      Hop to!
    Shake a leg, son
      You’ve what to do

    Feed the cattle
      Plant the crops
    Keep an eye
      on Mom and Pop

    Help your wife
      with your kids
    Once you took
      Now you give

    Light will fade
      Darkness rise
    What’s in-between
      is compromise

Quite the metaphoric mop handle to the arse Gershon...would that we would all wake up and smell the coffee....or better yet make it...

How do you take your coffee, John? Scalding hot or ice-cold. ~ Extremist

Excellent one. Yes, someday the shoe begins to fit the foot so that a person can give and only take in most people but some never get the concept. Thanks for sharing this one with you. Sara K
