Sea’s waves overwhelm
Unworthy sailor at helm
Into murky realm

I like it! Nicely written. It's short yet very well put.... Til another day, LM

Ironically, your senryu describes the overriding message in a novel I'm currently rewriting. Many sailors deem themselves worthy until the sea gets rough. Had a boat for 10 years and went offshore fishing so I can relate to this. Great work, Robb! Love, Carolyn
