Untouched Passion

I remember all those days
long and soft loving gaze
Words not spoken
loudly Heard
Heartbeat drumming
feelings stirred.

Passion rising to the top
Knowing it will never stop
breathing labored
catching slowly
taking chances
loving boldly

Pulse is racing
time displacing
skin perspiring
from within
craving for
touching skin

The staring now far more intense
lips are wet from sheer suspense
forming kisses
sight unseen
thoughts not
a bit obscene

Need for passion unremitting
time and distance not permitting
our love
never dying
promise not
to stop trying

The future soon will end this quest
When for not time we're pressed
together finally
love together
this time
its forever

Since I don't know what's the best on the rating system, I'll tell you what I think. This poem is wonderful. But I expected nothing less from you. Great job! Terri
