Untold

clam shuddered at closure sick to the gills

vices enclosed bolted up foreclosure

jaw pieces shielded slush introvert spill

mother pearl imposter relieved of cynosure

speechless from needless overexposure

resting on coral the facts were unkind

but untold truth bothered a troubled mind

shells shelter secrets’s irreverent flaws

conceal meaning should not be enshrined

‘spewing salt potions will be my new cause’
