keep the heads a guessin
keep the bed in waiting
keep the dreaming coming

keep the fountain flowin
keep the winds a blowin
keep the world a turning
keep the times a changing

keep the children learning
keep the burners burning
keep my words a warning
keep my stomach turning

keep the weaks in passing
keep the sun a rising
keep my heart a hoping
keep the shadows off

keep me where i need
keep me where i want
keep me as a treasure
keep my name a secret
