I still love you
I can't even stay chill
The thought of you turns my heart to ice,
But your love used to have a spice and a thrill
A kind that made my heart feel real.
Our love was kind of like magic
It had happened right when I walked through that door
Love at first sight, maybe Shakespeare wasn't crazy at all.
Up and down, up and down over and over again
We had rinsed and we had fallen
Fallen for each other,
Fallen so hard it had left bruised and marks
All along our lovely hearts.
With muck filled in them and a bitter taste in our lungs
Our love had become done.
But still every now and then, there's still that sweet disaster
And who knows, maybe one day a happily ever after.
