Untitled
Every morning I wake up to the sound of birds chirping. Wondering my fate and if I will be hurting. A deck of cards lay on the rocks outside my domain. Joker lying upward, and strangely enough an ace on its face. I hear nature's music as the creatures fly around, hoping I was free and had both my feet on the ground. I day dream in pictures of black and white, only seeing color after I have survived another night. The rain falls down and washes me away, and my troubles are large, it is for this I pray. Stomping through puddles I dare to stray. Oh Lord give me strength to muddle through today.
