What the hell has my life become?
I'm in love but I'm feeling numb
Lost myself in a mist of regrets
A diet of Valium and cigarettes

What the hell am I doing here?
Withdrawn and chased by the fear
Every day passes by in a blur
And the end becomes hard to defer

So baby, please, don't go away
Can't you stay for just another day?
I need your love every day
Only you can chase the demons away
