I expressed myself today
Now i'm feelin' kinda strange
A weight lifted off my chest
So much stress
Has gone away
Cried tears of sad then happy
I'm starting 
To walk away from the
Old me...

I feel you, I am always getting stuff off my chest, I used to hold it all in, but that just made everything worse but when I released it, it was like I was now free. I hope you feel this way too, great write!!thanks for the comments and May God Bless And Keep You!
