Untitled

We all are searchers
searching for ourselves/our inner truth and sometimes finding it
still we judge ourselves in the face of others
judge ourselves by the nature of things
we look outside ourselves for the reasurrances that we think we need
I would say to you
look within
just be
still

breathe
let a big breath open that vast area in your heart that shines forth
the spirit of compassion
the spirit of love
for yourself

love yourself first
then you can begin to love others
with the unselfishness that
becomes you.
