Untitled

We all live
And we all die
And I often stop
And wonder why

In life we are not
Loved so clearly
'Til our passing haunts
The mind so dearly

I wish it were not
Always so
We're not so loved
Before we go

And so my friend
I share with you
This wondrous truth
Known by but few

Let family, friends
And loved ones know
They are so loved ~
Before they go

"We're not so loved Before we go" - oh, yes, this is right. Everyone becomes an instant saint when they are no longer here, and everyone wishes they had told them they loved them. Guess what? It is not too late. They hear us.

Thank u for your thoughts Caren. I've written more than a few poems with this theme, seems to be something I'm working out inside myself. :)
