Until We Meet Again My Friend
A friend is like a shining star,
That shines both near and far,
Even when you acted bizarre,
They stay, just as they are.
They laughed with you during your bad days,
And help you grow in many ways,
They guided you through your tears,
And they guided you through your fears.
They knew all your thoughts and dreams,
They cheered you on through your craziest schemes,
Even when you wanted to be an astronaut,
They cheered you on, no matter what you sought.
This is not a goodbye, my friend,
Our journey has not reached its end,
So don’t let your shining soul cry,
Let’s take our dreams and shoot for the sky.
