Until the Heartache Stops

You say our love is over, But my heart can’t stand the pain of waking up tomorrow – never holding you again. Yet, maybe I can make it through this Hell of losing you – But I’ll need you here from time to time to help me see it through. So, let me stay with you awhile and hold you close to me. I need some strength to carry on if our love is not to be. Then when it’s finally over there’ll be no more teardrops. So let me lean on you awhile – until the heartache stops.
