Pluto's demise from "Planet" to "Dwarf Planet" in August 2006 was not for being too small, but because it has not “cleared the neighborhood” around its orbit. In all the billions of years it has lived there, it has not managed to clear its neighborhood. So untidy one, Pluto, you cannot be a Planet.
