Unspoken

My lips remain sealed
My heart is bursting with emotion
Yet you remain unaware of the extent
I cannot oppress you with these words

The world seeks this feeling
To know someone cares so deeply
Yet here I stand at a crossroads
Unable to deliver a clear message

I fear the unravelling
Of our unmistakable truth
Come forth with my reflective soul
Or I shall await eternal silence
