Unrequited Love

You are not the man that I once knew
There is something different about you
The sparkle in your eyes is strange
Your style, your walk, your look changed

You used to smile when you came near
And whisper sweet things in my ear
We could not bear to be apart.
Now someone else has gotten your heart

I want you still, I can’t deny
I long for you, when you pass by
But something is different about you
You are not the man that I once knew.
