That smile of yours is so carefree, I’m not sure you know I exist. Oh, look what you’ve done to me. I’m short enough that you can’t see, You’re not sure what you missed. That smile of yours is so carefree. You receive a gift, who could it be? You don’t even check the list, Oh, look what you’ve done to me. I sit you down and pour you tea, You laugh as you assist. That smile of yours is so carefree. You’re not sure what to make of me, Yet still, I do persist. Oh, look what you’ve done to me. Perhaps I’m just a nobody, But I think you get the gist. That smile of yours is so carefree, Oh, look what you’ve done to me.
