Unlock Me From This Cell

Why must I do this lovers dance
Every time I take a chance
Opening my heart up wide
Letting someone new inside
Only for it to be broken
By actions or bad words spoken
Just once I would like to find
Someone who will never bind
Me in chains of wrong deceipt
My love life is on repeat
Every time I try but fail
Please will a true love just bail
Me out of this hopeless cell
A lonely lock up of hell
I want to ve free again
Show me where I can begin
Seeing the light of pure hope
In a love to help me cope
With emotions of sadness
Turning them into gladness

Unfortunately it is true that you usually have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. Good poem, Robin.
