Unity

Unity

(Verse 1)
United as one, that's where we stand
Why can't we hold each others hand
Even if we don't understand the plan (the plan)
Lift each other up, stop being so color struck
Count out blessings, don't consider them luck
Stop focusing on, just you and me
Let's come together , remake unity

(Chorus)
Unity, where has it gone?
Divided up,yet we're still strong
Why can't we all just get along?
Come together, put the past in the past
Build a future that will last
No longer selfish, its not just about you and me
Let's come together and make unity

(Verse2)
How can we look, at a book
Based on its cover ,
When will we stop judging one another (another)
Realize we are all sisters and brothers
It doesn't matter what back ground you've come from
We all have a battle to be won
We all have something special instilled
Its up to you, if you want to give
Don't ever think you can't succeed
Encourage your own self and just believe
 (yeeeaaaahhhhh)

(Chorus)
Unity, where has it gone?
Divided up,yet we're still strong
Why can't we all just get along?
Come together, put the past in the past
Build a future that will last
No longer selfish, its not just about you and me
Let's come together and make unity

Bridge:
We will make it, we are strong
We can face it, through the storm
Help me say
We will make it,we are strong
We can face it through the storm

(Chorus)
Unity, where has it gone?
Divided up,yet we're still strong
Why can't we all just get along?
Come together, put the past in the past
Build a future that will last
No longer selfish, its not just about you and me
Let's come together and make unity

Repeat until chorus fades

You have an amazing talent. It's funny, everyone says they want unity but no one is truly willing to make it happen. We have to ask ourselves where that leaves us.
