Unexpected
Steady in my comfort zone
my life at an ease
Maybe I was alone
but did as I pleased
Everything settle down
relaxing on cruise
Wasn't looking to be found
nothing venture to lose
Than out of nowhere
you came into my life
That guy without care
crumbled under love's strife
Always thinking of you
after meeting once
Like a kid unsure what to do
tongue tied like a dunce
Feeling lonely and confused
my heart was overdue
Unexpected love like a ruse
and I haven't got a clue
Don't overthink love
just let it ride
Thank my lucky stars
that I became your guy
My life has really changed
but it isn't so bad
Everything upside down and rearranged
so unexpected yet I am glad.
