Unending Joy
our consciousness
what we call aliveness
be it for whatever reason
resident here in body prison
bubble of organic form material
senses five and mind, both spherical
with each function having two polarities
rotating automatically in continuity
between manifestations external
and underlying reality internal
ever present in all vibrations
flow of life in continuation
each cognised life pulse
throbs in space as an impulse
screen of consciousness unchanging
upon which sensations keep interchanging
including our attention alert and sleepy
razor focus as well as trance dreamy
movement is life, stagnation death
breath easy cometh and goeth
there then thus nothing to be done
nestled in bliss in the light of the sun
flowing with ease, embrace and release
delusion being simply if we cling to a sneeze
moment to moment, unbroken continuum
devoid of attachments, ego residuum
divine aligned, with no inner conflict
blissful when we cease to resist
