Understanding Anger

Why Anger...
What does it solve?
can't control actions
  or words said...
listen for the lesson instead.

Revealing all there needs to be known
just waiting for acceptance...
  you already own.

understand the source
  doesn't matter.
whatever prompts anger...
  see past the manufacturer.

stay on course
  feel the opposite
give not pity
that is exchanging one for the other really!

Love is the only true feeling
  value limitless...
lasting past lifetimes
anger and ego fortunately can't do this.

Sometimes, as long as it isn't directed at others or physically demonstrated, I think anger can ge a useful, motivating tool. But your message(s) in this writing are excellent and this is a well-deserved write to be featured this week on the Soup. Congratulation, Symphony.

Beautiful write and very timeless message. I wish staying on course was easier but I'm managing it well enough. Congradulations on the feature as well.

Great pen here, it reminds me of myself and my anger! Slow to ignite but watch it burn. comes with the red headed territory!
