You are sweet, gentle, funny,
and kind
You are one type of boy not
easy to find
Whether I am happy, sad,
moody, or wild
You follow my mood
Even if I act like a child
Your eyes are deep
Your smile like a dream
Your skin soft
Your style with no theme
You doubt yourself highly
And feel hated by all
And don’t understand
That I fall,
When I hear your voice
And you say you’re free
Or the feel of your arms
When you hold me
When I was sad and alone
You came along
Made my world brighter
Helped me be strong
So please just understand
That all I’ve been through
I haven’t loved anyone
The way I love you
