Underlining Guilt

Rain falls
It washes and relaxes
Against your window pane

The sun sets
In the morning dew
As I lie with you

The storm sings
At some point
It has to end

Sometimes we fall

The oceans
remind you
The skies are blue

And somewhere
Above or below
The heavens love you

Sometimes we fall

Kissing tomorrow’s away
For a curse of better lush
In between blue lines
I scribble and letter us

As long as
Nothing drastic happens
I’m perfectly cool
With nothing good happening
