Under Thunder

Tremble the metal, ripple the sky
Hover in fresh sheets of clouds as they fly
Under my footsteps, beyond my view
Nestle in heartbeats which fluttered and flew
Dancing the lightning, twirling the rain
Ending a grumbling repeated refrain
River me listless, cozy and grey
Shaking off rain I get carried away.
