Undecided

We want the world to be they we see
With concrete jungles and plastic tree's
Nature retreating, the animals abused
trapped in cages only there to be used
Natures not always cuddly, it's not always kind
look a bit closer, you can be amazed at what you find
out of the cages the birds soar high
Lizards walk on water and fish will fly
Here the wolf with it's echo howl
at night will the wild cat prowls
battered and abused by humans cruel ways

even though i like this i am a little confused. the first line is a puzzle. This poem is sad if you are talking about abused animals. Perhaps we need to see the animals from their point of view. That would make a difference.
