UNCONSCIOUS BIAS
For modern warfare, does one select a man
Or a woman, each a soldier trained to fight
A dangerous enemy who must be destroyed
It’s not physical strength so much anymore
But that mindset to win, as one can be sure
With all the tech that can now be deployed
It’s no longer being woke to do what’s right
Or finally, readily accept that a woman can
