Unconditional Love

I gave you love 
Without condition
Held you close
Beneath my wing
Took you high
And helped you sing
Guided you through
Stormy weather
Tickled you
With my feather
Cheered you up
When you were down
Never let you
Hit the ground
Danced with you
In the rain
With my tears
I wiped your pain
But now it’s time
You took the reins
As I take flight
To tranquil plains
