Uncertain
Tomorrow is uncertain,
So celebrate today.
The possibilities await,
Like pastries on display.
So choose the one with most appeal
And take a giant bite;
Perhaps its pure deliciousness
Will whet your appetite.
For life is unpredictable
So while we’re here, indulge.
The future holds a question mark
That no one will divulge.
We cannot know from day to day
If we’ll be stressed or thrilled,
But if our choices satiate,
At least we’ll feel fulfilled.
