Umpleasent Realities

I wanted you in my grasp
But it seems i am too late
For someone had stolen you from me
She has you in her grasp now
And it doesn't look like she is letting go
Anytime soon
But why would you lead me on?
I thought you were my friend
You could have been something more
If you hadn't of lied
So now I wake to an unpleasent reality
And I realise
That you will never be mine
I will never have anyone as mine
But at least there is hope
That one day she will let you go
Out of her grasp
