U and I
Who is there for me in times of trouble?
You're no longer my muse...it's kicked into the rubble
You and I will never be the same again
Tell me now - where have you been?
Sticks and stones
May break my bones
You and I weren't meant to be together
You and I are better off loving another
Sticks and stones
May blow my phones
But, I won't answer my phone
For, I will be left on my own...
All alone...
With or without you
Who are you to say that my life is worthless?
You're never going to take away my happiness
You and I will never be the same again
Tell me please - where have you been...
Where have you been...
Where have you been...
For the rest of my life...
Dealing with endless strife
Sticks and stones
May break my bones
You and I weren't meant to be together
You and I are better off loving another
Sticks and stones
May blow my phones
But, I won't answer my phone
For, I will be left on my own...
All alone...
With or without you
What are you waiting for?
Aren't I the one that you adore?
There is so much hope and joy in store...
So, what are you waiting for? To get through the front door?
Sticks and stones
May break my bones
You and I weren't meant to be together
You and I are better off loving another
Sticks and stones
May blow my phones
But, I won't answer my phone
For, I will be left on my own...
All alone...
With or without you
With or without you,
I feel rather down with the love flu
With or without you,
I feel like I can't gather my thoughts of rue
You and I weren't meant to be together as one
You and I are never going to shine like the sun
So, hold me tight tonight...
With all of your might...
You're the one that has left me in pieces
You left me paralyzed with your lack of peace
You and I were never meant to be in love
You and I are like a raven and a dove
Opposites sometimes don't attract
To be exact, that is truth and fact
