Memories of the inky fingers unclogging the clumped up keys and resetting the timer with its now itchy fingers as it arches the key stroke board. Kids nowadays never had it so easy.

I agree...I appreciate the tactile experience I had in learning to type and used a typewriter until the late 90s. Yes, kids have it easy, but they're missing a lot too.

Yes, it was frustrating. My first job was as a legal secretary--used a manual typewriter to fill in forms and type many documents. My fingers ached by the end of the day :-)

I like the image. it was my time machine when I used that type writer in my past. I even remember white out to correct mistakes.
