Two Years Too Long

I'm taking a walk, I need to get away.
It's been two years sense you died today.
Your always on my mind, I try to be brave.
Out of sorts, I arrive at your marble grave.
I brush the leaves off your stone.
So your carved name can be shown.
Even though I visit you everyday,
I always have new things to say.
I brought you flowers and prayers to send.
But one day in heaven I'll make amends.
