Two Marys

Mary and Mary
Tear streaked. Gazing at the
tomb.
Tomorrow comes soon.

Mary and Mary
Morning with spices go they.
He isn't there—how—why?

Mary and Mary
An angel points: He's not here.
The tomb is empty.

Mary and Mary
They gasp. He's truly risen.
He said he'd save all.

Mary and Mary
Run, tell: He's kept His
promise.
Truly all are saved.
