Two church mice

Two church mice scurried along, rolling their dice and squeaking a song.. The congregation gathered, This day it drew a throng. The little mice quickly hid as the church bells gonged.. The sermon began. People seated in the pews. All rose to sing a hymn and sat again for church news.. The sermon was on "the good shepherd and his flock." Suddenly a partitioner screamed and every one had a shock, as the two church mice climbed into the pastor's frock..

Hi Tom, I think that churches probably make the best environment for these rodents as people briefly congregate and eat there. Who knows how careful they clean up afterwards? Thanks for your visit.

My version is not as embellished as the myth of how the hymn Silent Night was developed. No organ in mine. LOL Hope you are continuing to heal and doing well and it's great to hear from you as always.
