Twin Flames
I'm lost in my mind,
It's like I can't think,
Thoughts cloudy,
Mind Heavy,
Heart drowning,
Feet moving,
But I don't even blink.
It's like I'm here but I'm not,
Loudness surrounding my thoughts,
Fear bounding me,
I'm Stuck.
But I'm moving,
I'm grinding,
I'm shining.
But I'm down,
Head in the clouds,
Please don't make a sound,
But stay awhile,
Enjoy the company,
I promise I smile.
My smile is just too bright,
It's like my shining light,
So when I'm all dark and Grim,
It isn't like me,
to Grin.
I try and I try,
But it'd be a lie,
If I said I did.
But please don't go,
Just sit with me awhile,
Let's reminisce,
Enjoy the feelings of emotion,
and Forever Bliss.
No, Wait,
Where'd you go?
You're turning into,
Someone I no longer know.
But why?
Did I hurt you,
Did you ever tell me so,
My thoughts may be cloudy,
But I recall it was you that chose to go,
When you promised to stay,
Now I just feel betrayed.
Maybe it was me,
Maybe it was you,
Maybe it was time,
Maybe, just maybe,
It is time to say Good-Bye.
It hurts, It really does,
I'd be lying if I said it didn't,
But I'm use to it,
That we both know,
I mean I always listened,
I always felt your pain,
But you've never once felt mine,
I mean what did I gain?
But it's all the same,
I can take it,
I'm to blame,
That I now know,
But like you say,
It's Time to Go!
