Twin Flame

There, universe was time
Born with the stars
Our love was one
Flames danced and celebrated
Us, our birth
Them, our colors of color.
Destinies are high
For lower purpose
I don't understand, and neither do you.
Big, bright heart was shared
 Then torn into two.
Mornings broken as we awake.
Lifetime after lifetime we seek
To find again what we once knew.
Earth has a hole in its heart
Without your hand in mine
The world walks, wandering around
In wonder
Of the galaxies that dance.
Pray in the night
To find me again.
