Twice As Much Shine

My sunshine opens his eyes
Not once but twice
Beautifully bright
Twice as much light
His long lashes flutter
Mimicking his older brother
God made them to have each other
Not a one has to suffer
Tender but wild
Twice as much smile
Dear sweet child
Shining so mild
Could this be?
You’re mine to keep
God gave two sons to me
I give thanks to the
Yet to know
How life flows
I love you so
You'll understand
Daddies little man
Take bubba's hand
Together you both will stand
