Twentynet - 60s Loss of Innocence

(TWENTYNET - 60s)

LOSS OF INNOCENCE

Fab four
Psychedelic colors
LSD powered yellow submarine
Ragas and flower children
Great Society
Female Liberation
Black Power
San Francisco
State of innocence - Garden of Eden
Shake off shackles of this earth
Space race
Gagarin Armstrong
Ask not what you can do
With a man on the moon
Ask rather what happened to Camelot
And the limitless power of illusion
Serpent’s destruction of dreams
Khe-Sanh state of siege
Detroit burning
Disunited states

Yet another AWESOME 60's write. All the ones for this decade are so dang good, gosh, how can mine compete? I knew nearly all the references you made in this one. Love how you put your ideas together using terms from the 60's!

oh Andrea don't be so modest LOL...... I will no doubt wake up in a couple of weeks, check the contest results, and find your name about 4 centimetres or more above mine in the list.......as usual ( only joking ). Actually this is the first time I have entered such a contest.....i usually stay away (reason= fear) from these 2 word/4 word/6word/etc arrangements....also I avoid haikus/senryus/etc for same reason...best wishes as always
