Tv Static
i'm gonna live in my parent's basement
i'm gonna live off the soup cans
wear my shades when my friends come down 'cause
they're so bright and i'm so bland
he was scared, he was just like me
we had no band, just pots and pans
now even he performs on stage
and drives a Honda minivan
i've used fake names, i've had worlds
i guess that's my free time
i guess everything's concerning
to friends who are always right
i like the idea of college
but i'm gonna live in someone's attic
i like a motion picture
but i'm just as fine with TV static
i like the idea of action
but i'm gonna stay at ready, set, no
i like a motion picture
but i'm just as fine with what i don't know
i never really asked to be born
no one really did, my dude
i kinda enjoyed my mother's womb
it was dark and warm and crude
i've used fake names, i've had worlds
i guess that's my free time
i guess everything's concerning
to friends who are always right
i like the idea of college
but i'm gonna live in someone's attic
i like a motion picture
but i'm just as fine with TV static
i like the idea of action
but i'm gonna stay at ready, set, no
i like a motion picture
but i'm just as fine with what i don't know
