Tv Reporters

TV Reporters
By Franklin Price

TV reporters in the field
They're there to make the news
Must be in the thick of it
Must have the best of views

Expose themselves to elements
To gunshots and to gore
To show you they are part of it
So you'll come back for more

Hurricanes will blow them down
Wild fires burn their skin
The risks they take phenomenal
Part of the story once again

Early in the morning
In the middle of the night
A peaceful march reporting
Might turn into a fight

To be there just to watch it
To record it and partake
If they do it well enough
More money they will make

Will become quite famous
And if everything goes well
Will safely anchor evening news
And embellish what they tell

In conclusion to this tale
Of reporters you may know
In danger right there with them
Are the ones who shot the video
