TV Episodes

I remember a few songs on TV episodes from my childhood.
I don't remember all the words, but do recall just a few.
I never realized the impact they would have on my life.
Two seem to have had the most impact.

One TV episode was called, "RAWHIDE".
There was a cattle drive headed to market.
After a rest period, it was time for another drive.
7 words from the leader proceeded each drive.
"Head them up; Move them out. Rawhide!"

The second TV episode was called, "CALIFORNIA".
Some of the words were,
"I've travelled here; I've travelled there
I guess I've travelled most everywhere
But I like where I am today
And this is where I'll stay".

One of the things RAWHIDE taught me was,
Always be prepared To Keep Moving On.
CALIFORNIA taught me that even when you
think you are where you want and suppose
to be, 'life demands' often force you to end
up in places you did not want to be. In a word,
both episodes taught me about 'Adjustments'.
