Tutelage: the act of guarding, protecting, or guiding; office or function of a guardian; guardianship

Two groups but one stays a minor to be managed
Under another and rough is the written page
Training close to a better is a good adage
Education in any form is beyond age
Learning under supervision and void of rage
Authority over another for the wage
Governments, firms and businesses are mostly the stage
Expression of self but restricted by some cage
