Turn the Page

every day's a turning page
chapters come and go
when the story turns to rage
the cure i hope you know
this life is just us writing books
on everything we learn
to do the best with what we have
and not to waste our turn
my story seems a bit bazarr
with every single twist
from being just another slave
with chains bound to my wrists
to being he that frees the slaves
and asks for no return
while people watch me write in waves
i simply watch them burn...
