Turn Back Time

Do you ever wish you could turn back the clock?
Or maybe, stop time altogether?
As the seconds tick by, do you ever think,
In this moment, it’s now or never?
Do you ever wish you could go back to a certain hour?
Or maybe, a particular day?
As the pendulum sways, do you ever think,
I’m in the here and now, come what may?
Do you ever wish you could turn back the clock?
Or maybe, stop time altogether?
As the seconds tick by, do you ever think,
I could live in that moment forever?
Do you ever wish you could go back to a certain hour?
Or maybe, a particular day?
As the pendulum sways, do you ever think,
I’m living my life right now and that’s okay?
Do you ever wish that time could wait?
Or maybe, it didn’t slip by so fast?
It’s okay to look back on happier times,
Just please, don’t dwell on hardships from the past.

I do, but not to change anything, only to see the loved ones I've lost. I miss them terribly. Good read, Kay. Great to see you again and to see you posting again:)

Hi Daniel I'm the same with looking back, I don't like to dwell on bad history. It's good to hear from you and to be back. I've had some medical issues, I've been busy with my crafting and most importantly, I've been enjoying time with my granddaughter. Take Care :)
