Trusting In God For No Matter What
In the many ways that our life takes
many a blow comes from no matter where
some are serious others are not so
at that point trust God for He does care
From my earliest days, I've had to battle
a stammer has been my enemy within
but God has been my anchor deep
always lifting me before my last ring
Though don't understand God's purpose
in allowing my words to hold me back
but trust His mighty hand in His will
for His plan, He will keep me on track
In recent years health took a blow
cancer came to attack me so real
but God proved His faithfulness within
as I believed still in my Lord to heal
This my saviour has done so far
all tests prove surgery on track
trust in God for no matter what
God is great believing nothing I'll lack
