Trust Me Again

Trust me again
My precious child
Trust me to guide you
Trust me to heal you

Let go of the pain
Let go of the fear
Let go of the past
Let go of the man

There's a new way waiting
A door to walk through
But you can’t walk through
With the burdens you bare

So cast them all off
Before an empty cross
Ive taken them once
When I died for you

So give them to me
And I'll set you free
From all of your fears
And all the wasted years

So trust me again
With all your heart
Trust me to guide you
Trust me to heal you

Walk into the river
And let me wash over you
Wash you once again
In my precious love

Let me fill your life
With peace anew
Let me fill your heart
With love ever new

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
