Trust God
As I become older, I think about dying
My time is getting closer now as the years go by
Some family and friends have already departed leaving us crying
A few so young, we ask God why
Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in the Lord with all your heart
Do not lean on your own understanding
Acknowledge God in all your ways, from Him do not depart
Trust God, He will make you a path, no need to be fearful or demanding
I leave you peace, not as the world leaves you
You will have troubles along your way
Trust me, have faith in hard times, I will bring you through
I will forgive your sins, help you have a better day
Jesus said do not let your hearts be scared
Believe in God, believe also in me
Trust God, for all your problems He is prepared
To help you, be patient, from death, I came to set you free
