Truly Thankful

I just don't know how I would do it
If I didn't have you
I'd be back in such a horrible situation
Maybe I'd have not even made it at all
Because I never knew who to trust
I got in so much trouble with all the wrong 
          people
I was always right there on the cusp
Letting people use and abuse me
Other's just taking what they wanted for
          victory
You guys saved my life and I know it
I couldn't be me without you
I am the luckiest person ever
Because my parents are the best people
